WordUpAI is a tool that converts articles, PDFs, and web content into AI-narrated audio. By using WordUpAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You are responsible for the content you add to WordUpAI. Don't add content you don't have the right to use. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for any purpose other than generating audio for you.

Use WordUpAI for lawful personal purposes only. You may not use it to generate audio of harmful, harassing, or illegal content, to circumvent usage limits in bad faith, or to resell or redistribute the service.

Free accounts may generate audio for up to 10 articles per week. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time. Users who supply their own OpenAI API key are subject to OpenAI's usage policies directly.

WordUpAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of generated audio, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordUpAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using WordUpAI at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing ethan@dovo.app.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
